Refund Policy for Chase Auto
While we strive to ensure your satisfaction, we understand that may not always be possible.

Defective products can be returned for full refund or free replacement of the specific product within 90 days.

Items not eligible for refund include, but are not limited to:

Labor fees.

Non-defective products.

Damages incurred by a defective product.

Upon discovery of a defective product please alert us immediately. As circumstances require, we may need photo documentation or the product in question to be returned. This will be utilized to advise our suppliers of the issue and assist in rectifying the production error. If we need the physical product, we will arrange to pick up the item or pay the shipping fees.
